Why Davik Exists.
Davik Real Estate Agency (Zambia) Limited didn't start as a business plan. It started with a problem. Our founder, David Kapalu, bought a piece of virgin land in Lusaka's Chelstone area and nearly lost it to unscrupulous agents. He fought for his right of ownership and won — and that experience led him to lay the groundwork for Davik as a general partnership in 2008, before the business began full operations in January 2010, the year Davik officially considers its founding. He later brought his wife, Dyna Mpande Kapalu, and long-time business associate on board as Co-Directors. The business was incorporated as Davik Real Estate Agency (Zambia) Limited, registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency of Zambia (PACRA) under Company Registration No.120220036235 .

We deal in properties for sale and to let across Zambia, including residential and commercial properties, virgin land, farms, warehouses, property developments, tourism properties, and investment-grade property such as shopping malls, hotels, lodges, student hostels, and mines. We also offer property management, real property consultancy, investment advisory, legal advisory in land ownership, virtual and fully furnished office space leasing, and blockchain-based real estate investment opportunities.
Where We Operate
We operate from offices in Lusaka's Chelstone area and Ndola, Copperbelt Province, serving Lusaka and Copperbelt Province and surrounding districts including Chisamba, Chongwe, Kafue, Kabwe, Mumbwa, Mkushi, Luangwa, Ndola, Kitwe, Luanshya, Mufulira, Chingola, Chililabombwe, and Kalulushi. In areas where we're not present, we work through a trusted partner network locally and internationally.

Sixteen years on, that founding lesson still shapes every client relationship we build.
