6.0 . Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Davik Real Estate Agency Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site.

7.0 . Third-Party Rights

7.1 The provisions of Sections 4.0 (Use of This Site) and 6.0 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Davik Real Estate Agency Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and third-party information providers. Each of these individuals or entities has the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you.

8.0 Termination

8.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice, at any time, for any reason. Sections 2.0 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 4.0 (Use of This Site), 6.0 (Indemnification), 7.0 (Third-Party Rights), and 9.0 (Miscellaneous) survive any termination of this Agreement.

9.0 . Miscellaneous

9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any legal action or proceeding between you and Davik Real Estate Agency Limited concerning this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a Zambian court of competent jurisdiction. Any claim you may have with respect to the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is barred. Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or right. Davik Real Estate Agency may assign its rights, obligations, and duties under this Agreement to any party of its choosing, at any time, without notice to you.

9.2 Any other rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
